Standard 1-Year Warranty

ICM Controls warrants that its products will conform to agreed specifications (if specified in the order) and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment or notice of readiness to ship. This warranty applies only if the products are properly used and maintained according to ICM’s instructions, and the customer provides written notice of any claim within the warranty period.

ICM CONTROLS, INC. (“ICM”) warrants to the purchaser that the ICM Surge Protective Device (the “Product”) will be free from failure due to defects in workmanship or materials under normal care and proper usage after professional installation, which fully complies with National, State and Local Code requirements for the life of the Product. In the event of a failure, ICM will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product and any related electrical damages, without charge, pursuant to the Protection Policy.

The Seller warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture. The liability of the Seller is limited, at its option, to repair, replace or issue a non-case credit for the purchase prices of the goods which are provided to be defective. The warranty and remedies set forth herein do not apply to any goods or parts thereof which have been subjected to misuse including any use or application in violation of the Seller’s instructions, neglect, tampering, improper storage, incorrect installation or servicing not performed by the Seller.
